Have you ever found yourself in the middle of a confrontation and your mind freezes to know what to say? What’s worse is when you have calmed down and the logical mind kicks in and says “Should have said…this or that”

This freezing of the mind indicates that you have been triggered back to a time when you were little and didn’t have the resources to say what you needed to say, or you didn’t trust you would be heard. The trigger has activated a neural pathway straight back to your childhood and activated the same level of child like helplessness. 

Inner child work is so important as you give yourself permission to connect to that real part of you that needed healing, support and nurturing. Once that inner child has let go of the helplessness, you will create new neural pathways in your brain that will give you access to new resources and confidence. 

These powerful processes will help you bring in a healthy level of self worth & confidence.
