The pain and uncomfortable, unhealthy feelings are telling you that you are out of alignment. Some people get sore throats when they are holding back what they want to say. Others will get back pain when they are feeling unsupported or don’t trust the support that is coming in. Fatigue can be needing to escape stressful situations. The list goes on.
In our sessions together we will utilize the power of your unconscious mind. We will give your pain and discomfort a voice, so that we can fast track your healing. Most important focus for me, is to get you feeling better.
