You can manifest love if you deeply believe you can have the relationship you want. Manifesting is the process to turn your desires in to your reality; through visualization, unwavering belief and inspired action.

First you need to be specific about what you don’t want, to know exactly what you do want. This questionnaire will help you get clarity on the type of partner you want to attract. It will also help you identify where you need to raise your standards, so that you become a vibrational match for the type of relationship you deserve. Many times we need to work together to clear any limiting beliefs, so you can create profound and meaningful change in your life.

Write down at least 10 values. Eg. trust, respect etc

Think about past relationships, what love values or qualities were missing?

Eg. Excitement to come home to them. Common likes. Mutual friends.

Write a list of your core values regarding communication.

Eg. Evenly spoken, Understood, Authentic, etc

What communication values were missing from previous relationships? (close friendships too)

Did you decide not to speak up? What stopped you from expressing your boundaries?

Reflect on past relationships that did not work.

Did you approach these relationships with low self-esteem? Did your previous partners take advantage of you? Did you give too much? Did you put your needs aside to avoid conflict? What part of you did you deny to be in that relationship?

What have past relationships brought into your life that you want more of? How can you cultivate that for yourself?

How can you embody these qualities?

What are the negative things in the previous relationships that you really won't miss?

Eg. Man decides the finances? Women stay home with the kids? Depending on your answers, do you agree with these values?

What do you do to prioritise your needs? What do you do to recharge your batteries?

What do you bring to a loving relationship?

List out the qualities and attributes you bring to a loving relationship

What qualities do you want from a loving partner?

Be really specific - such as a "good kisser", "great conversation", "financially stable", "great sex" etc.

Where might you find people with these qualities?

Sports group? Art course? Volunteering? Walking their dog? Cafe?

What do you do that makes you come alive?

What passions, hobbies, interests bring the best out in you? What steps are you going to take now, for this to occur?

What do you see yourself doing with your partner in this lasting relationship?

What makes up a fun moment that you want to share?
