Your goals are whispers from your intuition, nudging you toward what truly matters. Now is the time to lean in, listen to your heart, and reconnect with what lights you up. When you move toward your desires with passion and excitement, you activate something bigger than you, divine timing begins to align, and the path forward opens with more ease and flow. Your vision is sacred. Let’s honour it.
Why I Don’t Ask for Goals Right Away
Most people arrive in coaching feeling overwhelmed or stuck. That’s why I don’t ask for goals at the start. Instead, we begin by clearing out the mental and emotional “weeds” that keep old patterns in place. This creates space—like fertile soil—for new ideas and possibilities to grow.
What Makes a Goal Work
Strong goals are:
Specific – you know exactly what it is
Measurable – you can track progress
Actionable – you know you can move toward it
Examples:
“My calendar is full of happy, paying clients.”
“There’s a new car in my driveway.”
“I feel energised and fulfilled at work.”
“My partner and I are planning an overseas adventure.”
